The General Secretariat

The General Secretariat is the General Administration of the Council

It comprises of Two Units:

The General Secretary’s Office – Sees the day to day administration of the Council in liaison with the Board and with the support of staff.

The Finance Department – Sees the financial matters of the council.  The finance department also handles the Administration and Human Resources Offices.
